Uno the Beagle was bred for laboratory testing, but thankfully he was rescued by John, the Executive Director of Kindness Ranch Animal Sanctuary in Wyoming. Uno was one of the 4,000 dogs that were saved by the sanctuary, which was involved in one of the largest dog rescues in history.
Despite being initially unsure of people and animals, Uno quickly adapted to his new surroundings and expressed his gratitude with a big hug and a smile as he jumped into John’s arms. John, who only has daughters, has even dubbed Uno his son. This heartwarming story is a testament to the tireless efforts of the kind humans who work to rescue dogs just like Uno.
