Some people were hanging out on the beach when they suddenly noticed a cat, relaxing in the sand with her owner. As they approached the cat, they couldn’t help but notice how happy the kitty was — and were delighted when they learned why.

“Cat owner says it’s her first time going to the beach,” Semsema Mahmoud wrote in a post on Facebook.

Apparently, the cat’s owner had decided to let her play at the beach for the very first time …

… and she was so happy about it, she literally couldn’t stop smiling.

Whether she was lounging in her beach chair …

… or digging her feet into the sand, the sweet cat just couldn’t contain her joy, and her cute little smile and big eyes said it all.
